Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the development and delivery of curriculum and instructional programs are effective and efficient, incorporate district goals, and support student achievement.
  • Build instructional leadership capacity among the T&L staff and campus administrators.
  • Lead campus-level administrators in developing their instructional leadership capacity.
  • Stay up-to-date with new state requirements, laws, policies, and ensure their interpretation, communication and implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the district’s Teaching & Learning Department. 
  • Ensure that the development and delivery of curriculum and the instructional program is effective and efficient, incorporates district goals, and supports student achievement.
  • Assist campus principals with the logistics and development of Campus Improvement Plans.
  • Lead the development and communication of the district testing calendar.
  • Provide professional learning for the Teaching & Learning team.
  • Organize and coordinate the Summer Learning Summit.
  • Coordinate the T&L portion of L.E.A.R.N.
  • Work with the district PEIMS Coordinator to ensure accurate data gathering and submission to state agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors. Respond to routine inquiries from the public and staff and refer appropriate inquiries or problems to (cabinet-level administrator) or other administrators.
