Raider Star Employee Recognition Program

Lumberton ISD is proud to recognize the difference makers who make a positive impact across our district!

The Raider Star Employee Recognition Program provides year-round opportunities to celebrate Lumberton ISD employees who demonstrate one or more of our District Values:

• Potential
• Excellence
• Character
• Positivity

Anyone may nominate a Lumberton ISD employee for this recognition. Approved nominations are celebrated monthly through surprise recognition, a Raider Star certificate and keychain, social media and website spotlights, ParentSquare recognition and recognition by the Board of Trustees.

Each Raider Star recipient also becomes eligible for consideration for the annual Raider Ambassador Awards.
