Mental Health Resources for Lumberton ISD Students and Families

At Lumberton ISD, the mental health and well-being of our students is a top priority. We are committed to providing support and resources that help students and families navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Our district offers access to a variety of local and statewide mental health resources, including partnerships with organizations that specialize in counseling, crisis support, family services, and youth wellness programs.

One key service available to our students is TCHATT (Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine). TCHATT provides free, school-based virtual counseling and mental health support to students in need. This program is designed to reduce barriers to care by connecting students with licensed mental health professionals directly through their school. Referrals can be made through your school counselor.

We also encourage families to explore the additional mental health and support services offered through our local partners and state agencies:

For your convenience, we’ve also provided a PDF attachment that includes a list of local mental health resources with contact information.

If you have questions or need support connecting with any of these services, please reach out to your campus counselor or administration.

Together, we can support the emotional well-being and success of every student.
