Qualified applicants may contact our office by telephone or mail after November 1 each year to request an application packet for the upcoming fall/spring long-term school year. USA Citizen and Texas Resident, graduate of a Texas high school, enrolled full-time at a Texas college or university, working toward a first undergraduate degree. Approximately 800 loans available per year. Maximum loan $6,000.00 per year. Application DEADLINE: February 28. |
